This dish lives up to its name. Fiery hot, the authentic recipe is really only for extreme chilli lovers. But you can still enjoy this tasty dish without setting your taste buds on fire, just reduce the amount of chilli. While the recipe calls for quite a number of ingredients, the dish is not really that complicated to prepare. Do try it! Serves 2-3 Ingredients: 200g boneless chicken 2 tablespoons corn flour 1 tablespoon rice flour 1 tablespoon wheat flour ¼ teaspoon baking powder 1 cup water 1 teaspoon chopped garlic 1 teaspoon chopped ginger 10g diced green chillies 10g diced onions 10g diced capsicum 1.5 tablespoons light soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons dark soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons of chilli paste (soak & grind a handful of dried chillies) ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon sugar ½ teaspoon crushed white pepper 15g chopped spring onions Method: 1.
