My order includes spaghetti, but instead of double checking my orders, food panda customer service name Shaarmina, told me my order doesn’t include spaghetti, so in another words, your customer service didn’t check my order properly. I told her I want my spaghetti instead of my refund. Please, not just refunding customer could solve the problems all the time. So instead of keep telling us to give back our refunds. Improve your customer service and the whole calling restaurant system. Because your customer service told us she can’t get through Jollibee restaurant.
