A while ago, a reader Aunty Doris dropped me an email to recommend her favourite Ramen stall in town: Homebaked Dough . And after coming back from Japan, I have finally found some time to satisfy my Ramen craving. So what's so special about it? This stall is run by 2 young (and handsome) men who has great love for baking and cooking. They started by baking cookies and selling them on their online website. Then one day, they downloaded a ramen recipe online, tried it, fine tuned it and decided to sell Ramen. If you were to go to any shopping malls for a bowl of ramen, you'll probably have to pay $12 or more. But here, for the price of $5.50 (WOW!) , you get a good decent bowl of very rich, robust and flavourful broth that comes with a generous heap of bean sprouts and scallions and a few pieces of well marinated pork slices.
