This granola is simply too nutritious, colourful and tasty for anyone to resist. It’s hardly sweet and has a blast of coconut fragrance. I used baby oats instead of rolled oats and it still turned out crisp and crunchy. If you’re an adventurous person, try to experiment by adding various spices such as cinnamon and black pepper as what Aoran of Cannelle et Vannille did. You may end up with more surprises. To enjoy this granola even more, you can serve it with fresh fruits over milk or yogurt, or even use it as topping for ice-cream. Having it as snack is a simple joy too!
