About Chef Patrick Heuberger:
Chef Patrick Heuberger is the Executive Chef and Part-Owner of Le Bistrot Du Sommelier, having previously held the same post at Au Petit Salut French Restaurant, located in Dempsey Road in Singapore. Prior to that he was Executive Chef at Bistro Petit Salut, which is the smaller more casual sister outlet. Le Bistrot Du Sommelier specialises in authentic brasserie favourites and comfort French food. They serve hearty portions of soups and stews, such as, garbure (a clear vegetable soup with mini cheese raviolis, chicken dumplings and croutons), pork cheeks & trotters, and oven-roasted French chicken with 40 garlic cloves. There are other rustic favourites like duck leg confit, French Onion Soup (Soupe à l'Onions au Comté), Beef Tenderloin Tartare (Tartare de Boeuf), Escargot (Demi-Douzaine d'Escargots de Bourgogne), and Le Cassoulet.
