Are you eating more than the recommended food size?

Those who read the nutrition facts on food packaging will notice that there is a recommended serving size. One might assume that these serving portions are what an average person would eat. You would be surprised to find out what each serving for popular foods are. BuzzFeed put together a video guide to compare visually the difference between the portion an average person eat and the actual recommended serving size.
