With Hong Kong's Michelin-starred Tim Ho Wan opened in Singapore , it’s like Hong Kong and Michelin have arrived to shove their affordable (and yummy) stars in our face. To rub salt to this wound, it is not as if there is no better char siew bao (roast pork bun) in Singapore that can beat Tim Ho Wan’s version (no offence, chef Mak).
