Woman who said faeces found in Ipoh's nasi kandar stall apologises

IPOH - The woman who accused Ipoh's famous nasi kandar stall of using faeces in their food preparation on a social network website has made a public apology. The lady, who only wished to be known as Ze Aida, said she should not have made such as baseless allegation on her Facebook page. "I hope my clarification puts an end to this," she said. Ze Aida, 24, had alleged on Facebook that human faeces had been found in the "nasi ganja", a nickname given to the nasi kandar sold at Yong Suan coffeeshop on Jalan Yang Kalsom here. In the post, that has since been deleted, she associated "nasi ganja" to the nasi kandar sold in Restaurant Nasi Vanggey in Greentown here. It was reported that the Kinta Health Department had conducted a raid at the Yong Suan coffeeshop on Thursday and issued a notice to the stall operator to cease operations from Friday until Nov 28.
