On the menu are platters offering bite-sized portions of the food the restaurant is much celebrated for and canapes regularly dished out by Coriander Leaf’s catering arm. The platters are themed around regional flavours, such as the Middle Eastern Mezze Platter ($15 for a one-person portion, $28 for two), the Western-influenced Slider Platter ($19), and the Asean Platter ($16 for one, $32 for two) of South-east Asian favourites like Vietnamese rice paper rolls and Thai red curry shrimp. The platter of sliders, or mini-burgers, come in a set of four flavours such as brie cheese and portobello mushroom, tandoori chicken tikka, wagyu beef patties, and a cutlet made from Idaho potatoes – all symbolic of the East-West culinary style that the decade-old Coriander Leaf group has come to be known for.
