Brasserie Wolf's King's Feast a humongous blowout
Cheese platter, with crackers, toast, nuts and dried fruits (The cow, goat and sheep cheeses were too good to miss. Good choice of differently flavoured cheeses.) ~ Fruit platter, chantily cream surprise melon (The monstrous carved out melon was filled and piled up with strawberries and tropical fruits) ~ Mini charlotte royale, vanilla ice cream (The pretty molded spongecake dessert with berry jam and whipped cream was made small for each diner. The version for a king would have the size of his crown. The one we had was for little princes and princesses. Matching it was Ambrosia, that heavenly nectar from Austria, which also provided a sweet ending to a magnificent feast. All the wines accompanying the feast were well chosen and slurp-worthy.)
