Brizo Restaurant and Bar - something for everyone

Brizo's Restaurant and Bar, located at Park Hotel on 1 Unity Street is the Hotel's in house dining option with a menu that is designed to hit everyone's palette. I recommend starting with the Baby Spinach Salad - with Pear, Apple, Cheese, Dried Fruit, Roasted Garlic Dressing scented with Lemon and Pinenut. Something light and ideal to open your appetite. Looking for something light as a main course, go for the Classic Beef Steak Sandwich which has BBQ Sauce, Caramelized Onions and comes with Sautéed Mushrooms and Steak Fries. Sounds heavy, but it is not. Need something heavier? Go for the Oven Bake Lamb Rack , served with Herbs Crust served with Mint Sauce. Looking for something local, go for the Brizo Laksa which is served with Scallop, Prawns, Egg, Fish Cake, Bean Sprout and Garlic Chive. Finally, do end with the Mr & Mrs Granny Smith - Apple Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream ...
