New on CAMEMBERU: Nanxiang Steamed Bun Restaurant

What's "Camemberu"? Just the way Japanese pronounce Camembert, the French cheese. I love all things Japanese and how they add their own twist to something foreign (very often improving it). This Singapore food blog also features travel and food in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Japan. I started this blog in 2007 with the philosophy - "Every meal an adventure!" My posts are not necessarily recommendations, but just my personal experience of food. My recipes are works-in-progress, jotted down here as my kitchen experiments. I am a freelance writer/photographer. I also write for CNNgo.com (CNN's travel destination website). Occasionally I give the Foodie Lunch Pick on 93.8LIVE.
