My friend had decided to booked the Melt for one of our gathering for 16 ppl on 28th Jan 12. He had use HGW as a guide and decided to go there since the review was good. It was my 2nd time there and wasn't new to the good food and good service at Melt. However on the 29th Jan 12, 8/16 of us got severe diarrhea, vomiting and fever. I myself was admitted to the hospital for 4 days. My friend on the other hand, informed the hotel about it. To our disappointment, the hotel keep pressing me for my medical report and didn't even send a fruit basket or a get well card to the hospital even realising that such serious case had happened. To make matters worse, the hotel made us wait for 1 week for them to investigate and send some test to UK and came back saying that their test shows negative bacteria results and my hospitalization medical results came back with negative bacteria in...
