This stall in Koufu serves both Vietnamese pho and Thai food, but I prefer the Thai food option. I would usually go for the rice , fried egg with the green curry chicken a must try, tender pieces of meat in a slightly spicy green curry sauce. The kai lan is also quite good, crunchy with a good level of soya sauce and garlic to balance the taste. Overall, probably the only stall I would patronise at this Koufu food court.
