Yomenya Goemon at Citylink Mall - the outcome depends on what you order

My first experience at Yomenya Goemon was not a positive one, and that was probably because I did not like my vongole pasta being too wet. Fast forward months later, my colleague convinced me that I should give it another shot, arguing that with 2,000 outlets in Japan, this is one of the biggest F&B chains in Japan, and stating that I ordered the "wrong" dishes the last time around. So with his convincing, we made it down to Citylink to have lunch. My colleague suggested that I go with the Half and Half Set B ($18), which consisted of a bowl of beef ragu spaghetti and mentaiko (cod roe) spaghetti. Starting with the mentaiko pasta, I must say that I quite enjoyed the cream based pasta which was quite firm with a slight salty finish from the cod roe.
