Airborne 'waiter' drones debut at Timbre View on

The autonomous drones – developed by Infinium Robotics, a Singapore company that specialises in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) solutions – will be used to transport dishes of up to 500g from the kitchen to the customers’ tables, although a waiter will still be needed to take the dishes off the drones and onto the tables, Channel NewsAsia reported. The Infinium-Serve robots, as they are called, work by following the table number keyed in by the chefs at a docking station, and navigate its way around...
