Owner Georgina Sim brings Parisian chic to Singapore in the form of her cafe with white and gold walls, white chairs, classic grey tiles, and a pastry menu inspired by her time at Paris’ Cordon Bleu. The Lemon Strawberry Rosette (strawberry coulis, with lemon cream $8.90) is a delicate looking rose-shaped mousse cake. Les Delices also does a Matcha Choux (a light pastry dough made out of butter, water, flour and eggs). A signature item, the Matcha Choux comes with an ample helping of crumbly matcha (Japanese green tea) and is daintily topped with a mini macaron. You can sink your teeth into this for just $5.90. The choux come in two other flavours - earl grey and Valrhona Guanaja (a high quality bitter cooking chocolate).
