Chef Diego Jacquet of Bochinche | Photo : Bochinche Bochinche, an Argentinian meat market in Singapore set up by chef Diego Jacquet, does more than just cuts of meat and a selection of sauces. After a facelift in October 2014 and a change in menu staples, Bochinche re-introduces itself as an accessible restaurant, suitable for both formal and casual occasions. Its specialty is in grilling meats on skewers, and servers take the skewers to carve and slice the meat of diners' choice onto their plates at their tables. Having set up a restaurant in London, Jacquet is no stranger to the hustle and bustle of city life.
