One thing you need to remember if you are at RWS/Sentosa and hankering for some lunch - L'Atelier Joel du Roubuchon does a really decent and worthwhile one that you can check out for a brief respite amidst all the playmaking. The L'Atelier (meaning workshop in french) is side by side with the more serious main restaurant, and has strong black/red colours in light accents surrounding an open kitchen concept where you can see every little detail of the cooking process! I really liked that -- it's amazing seeing how efficient the staff worked around the chef, and service was of course impeccable.
