The people behind Korean restaurant Sarang, gelato haunt Gusttimo and Italian restaurant Alfresco Gusto now has a Japanese fine dining establishment under their belt: Han - Cuisine of Naniwa (Address: 331 North Bridge Road, Odeon Towers #01-04 | Tel: 6336 2466 | Opening Hours: Lunch noon-3pm, dinner 6pm-11pm) is located at the bottom of Odeon Towers and it's offering up traditional Osakan cuisine in the form of kushikatsu, a meal that revolves around deep-fried skewered ingredients. Han also serves sushi, sashimi, stews and special seasonal menus. In case you're wondering, Naniwa is the city that became present-day Osaka.
