Melt in the mouth durian crème brulee, which is such an ease to prepare. You only need a few ingredients to make this wonderful dessert that is sure to impress any durian lover. Ingredients: 125ml fresh milk 70g castor sugar ¼ teaspoon salt 300ml non-sweetened dairy cream 2 Grade A eggs 2 Grade A egg yolks 80g mashed durian flesh Extra sugar for sprinkling tops 5-6 ovenproof ramekins [(6.5cm x 5cm) Method: 1. Pre-heat oven at 175°C. Place six ovenproof ramekins in a large roasting pan. 2. Combine milk, sugar and salt in a non-stick saucepan. Use a hand whisk and stir over gentle low heat until the mixture is warm and sugar dissolves. Remove the saucepan from heat. 3. Whisk the eggs and egg yolks together. Do not overbeat.
