There is a long a perception that good food has to be in a fine dining environment with hefty price to go with it. &Made aims to change that. A casual diner, the place makes most its food from scratch and yet still charges reasonable prices, with good ingredients to show. I started with a mojito which was light and refrshing after a long day in the office. For my soup I went with a chilled gazpacho which came with freshly baked nibbles that came with it. Light, refreshing and thick. I then tried the chili crab toastoo. Wrapped in a buckwheat crepe, I enjoyed the thick creamy chili crab treat. Finally, ended the meal with a thick white chocolate mousse. Sinful. Overall, it was a filling meal, refreshing with good quality ingredients used to create our normal sinful pleasures. Designed and made to be an informal setting for catching up with friends.
