authentic and wonderful Lebanese Cuisine at Beirut Grill on Arab Street

I had the chance recently to revisit a site which I have not been in awhile - Arab Street. Housed in between the many sisha outlets is the recently opened Beirut Grill, in which is the culmination of the owner's dream to open and serve authentic Lebanese cuisine. A simple setting, the place is well set-up to give an authentic feel to the place, and to be honest I did feel I was in the middle east when I was sitting inside the rock wall enclave. I started with the Beirut Mezza Platter ($21), which consisted of tasty portions of humus, baba ganush, moutabal (a dip from eggplant) and spring rolls. Goes well with some Arabic bread ($2) and a great way to open the palette. I then tried the mixed Seafood Platter which had dory fish, squid and tiger prawns.
