Good Value Lunch found at Hide Yamamoto at the Marina Bay Sands

Of all the celebrity restaurants at Marina Bay Sands, this one is probably the lowest profiled among the stars, and probably the only one that offers a good value set lunch to entice diners in. Located at the celebrity restaurants section on the second floor of the Marina Bay Sands above the casino, the restaurant has four seating areas, depending on what you want to eat. However, one can order from any of the four sections wherever one is seated. The first set I tried was the Chirashi Set ($38) which consisted of a chirashi don consisting of chopped pieces of salmon, swordfish, salmon roe, squid and egg. It was alright, nothing much to shout about. I also decided to do a mix and match lunch set ($38) which started with a salad, which was really refreshing with fresh tomatoes and rocket. I then had a small plate of sashimi consisting of the the crunchy arc shell and Norweg...
