Coming from Singapore, we have a wide variety of food from different cultures. It is as normal to order pig's organs soup as it is to order escargot. No-one bats an eyelid at the bowl of chicken innards at chicken rice stalls (they are for sale). Yet, we may gawk and gag as some of the food here. Fancy some breast milk cheese or fried guinea pigs?
