These huge Oysters were definitely the stars at Oscar’s seafood section that attracted seafood lovers for their freshness and sweet taste. Two types of oysters were available for our dinner that night. The French oysters came from the bay of Mont Saint Michel with outstanding flesh; while the live pacific oysters from New Zealand were firm in texture, and brimming with natural juices. What’s more, they are freshly shucked in front of you! Crabs, prawns, scallops and lobsters were also presented on the ice bed, which added more excitement to the seafood counter.
