But if you’re searching for an authentic tapas bar experience where the produce on the plate is the real draw, then Sabio Tapas Bar & Restaurant is top of the list. Tucked away in a ground floor unit of a shop house at Duxton Hill, Sabio has the feel of a contemporary taberna with a traditional 14 metre long bar juxtaposed with a stunning 5-metre ‘Anis Del Mono’ tiled mural backdrop. High chairs are cropped around the bar, overlooking a 4-metre long refreigerated counter that showcases the restaurant’s array of cold tapas.
