Celebrity Chef Wan Opens Buffet Restaurant

Chef Wan talks to us about his new restaurant, markets and farting.

The recipes used in the restaurant come from Chef Wan’s substantial travels in the region. A casual walk through the restaurant will reveal around ten different food stations, each marked with a hand-painted sign. We recommend going straight to the laksa station. This ubiquitous curry noodle dish is prepared in the Malay style here and served in a cute little claypot, with a broth is lighter than usual, thus allowing you more space for the other offerings. Next on your list should be the Thai station, where the Thai squid salad in particular made us go back for more.
