Key Features of the New Grants Framework The New Grants Framework looks to provide funding support for new and existing arts organisations to develop, and for the processes of creation, production, presentation and participation in the arts. The Grants Framework also provides funding support for training, research and development, as well as for market and audience development needs, both in Singapore and overseas. Here are some of the key enhancements under the New Grants Framework.
