RESTAURANTS | What a view: Salt Grill & Sky Bar by Luke Mangan

Celebrity chef Luke Mangan's first dining outlet in Singapore is named after his first restaurant, in Darlinghurst, Sydney, which closed in 2005. Known for his classical French plates with Asian highlights, Mangan's sixth establishment (he also holds fort at glass brasserie at the Hilton Sydney, Salt Tokyo, World Wine Bar in Tokyo, The Palace by Luke Mangan in South Melbourne and Salt Grill onboard P&O’s Pacific Jewel, Pacific Dawn and Pacific Pearl) offers five steak choices, grilled seafood such as the Barramundi, Suzuki mulloway and Spiced yellowfin tuna, as well as his signature liquorice parfait. The ceiling-to-floor windows afford all 132 seats impressive panoramic views of the city's skyline. How to get there: Take the lift from ION Art (4/L) to the 55/L.
