7 Reasons Not to Hate ‘The Hangover Part III’

And yeah, that's a good thing. "The Hangover" was one of the freshest, mostly wildly anarchic and unpredictable comedies to come out in years. "The Hangover Part II" was like the twisted "Silent Hill"-ish horror version of the first film (which this writer enjoyed whilst acknowledging that he's in quite the minority). "The Hangover Part III" pretty much ditches everything that came before it in favor of reinventing itself as a violent, surreal crime thriller; whether you dig that or not is of course a matter of taste, but you have to give props to Todd Phillips and company for at least trying something new.
