[NEWS] Four restaurants—Kyo, Salt Grill, Summer Palace and Veganburg—launch new menus:
Four F&B venues have just launched new menus: Kyo , Salt grill , Summer Palace and VeganBurg . Kyo (together with consultant Kilo ) is offering food like shiso chimichurri beef rolls ($32), and salmon and tuna tartare ($24). Salt grill has a new and award-winning executive chef Tom Wells, an English native who is putting out a fresh menu. Summer Palace has also just launched a new dim sum menu (from $6) with items like steamed lobster dumplings, beef balls in superior stock as well as glutinous rice roll with mango. And VeganBurg now has brunch offerings for Sunday (10:30am-11:30pm) like the Shroomy Dog ($5.90).
