Bochinche feature as Hot tables, Time Out

Renowned Argentine chef Diego Jacquet, formerly of the three-Michelin-starred El Bulli, and now the owner of two Argentinian cuisine establishments in London (Casa Malevo and Zoilo) – teams up with Spa Esprit Group’s Cynthia Chua to school local diners on the myriad flavours of the chef’s homeland of Argentina. Bochinche’s ever-changing menu is laden not only with carnivorous nose-to-tail fare like its queso de chancho (braised pig head croquettes with quince, $15), and veal sweetbreads with onion salad and preserved lemon ($27), but piquant seafood plates like its prawn and garlic gambas al ajo and carmelised pork belly and chorizo combo ($27) and grilled octopus paired with smoked leeks and tuna mayo ($23). The restaurant also offers a selection of Argentinean wines and features notable Latin American elements like chimichurri and Venezuelan rum in its cocktails.
