The sounds, songs and dances of Aomori personify these landscapes." – Sioned Huws Inspired by the relentless snowfall in Aomori, Japan, Welsh artist Sioned Huws presents a swirling choreographic work that ties man and nature in a dialogue between traditional and contemporary worlds. A collaboration with Japanese dancers, the choreography is performed to live music by four musicians from Japan, including traditional shamisen players and a minyo singer.
