In his first solo showcase in Singapore, Noh Salleh of the award-winning Malaysian rock band Hujan sheds his rock star image, bringing fans a chance to experience a mellower, more intimate side to his music. Performing songs off his debut album, Angin Kencang , as well as fresh arrangements of hits by Hujan, he and Restoe Iboe Band venture into different genres ranging from upbeat French pop to classic Malay theme songs from the Jalan Ampas era. Known for his spontaneity and witty banter, Noh began his music career with Hujan in 2005. Following a string of successful hits and albums, he began exploring other genres, dabbling in punk rock, hip hop and Malay ballads. His debut release Angin Kencang is a French pop album that showcases his versatility, and has brought him to the big stages of Anugerah Juara Lagu and Java Jazz Festival.
