These spheres will be set afloat in the Bay of Hope & Light, forming a mesmerising visual arts display as a backdrop to the free outdoor theatre performances that will entertain you for the countdown party. Jointly organised by Esplanade and the Urban Redevelopment Authority, this event aims to bring people from all walks of life together for a grand celebration to mark the beginning of the year.
