Fresh Property Curbs Weigh Singapore Stocks

Stocks in Singapore declined on Monday as property developers fell after the government introduced new cooling measures, while the rest of the region was little moved at the beginning of a week that will end with China releasing growth data for the fourth quarter. With no major data scheduled for release in Asia on Monday, markets were looking ahead to comments from central bankers for cues.
