New 5 Cs that will actually make you a happy Singaporean

This article sounds contradicting when you put the 5 Cs together... Take the 3rd, 4th and 5th Cs (Change attitude; Complain less; Change the circumstance) - If a person (regardless of Singaporean or not) mentioned that the public transport is deteriorating and you (Operator; person-in-charge) viewed it as a complain instead of a feedback, it doesn't make sense at all since commuters can't change the circumstance (5th C), especially when the COE is so expensive. This guy sound like a scholar but can he apply his "theory" in real life?
