Michelin-starred street food from Singapore comes to London - so is it worth the queue?

I love a good queue. As a Brit, I've been socially conditioned to join one without complaint - OK, the occasional barely audible tut at queue-jumpers. We queue for buses and trains every day, and our youngsters even form impromptu orderly lines at gigs. Increasingly, we're also being made to queue for food . Many restaurants no longer take bookings, spurred on by the free publicity of a huddled mass outside, and the popularity of street food markets make waiting in line essential. Many moan, but I'm not at all bothered. I once queued two and half hours for a pizza , so when I heard that Chan Hong Men, better known as Hawker Chan, the world's first Michelin-starred street food vendor , was coming to London for three days, the potential flood of punters wasn't a deterrent. Chan has brought one dish, his signature soya sauce chicken and rice, and it costs a Michelin-defying £6.
