Tiong Bahru residents band together to care for stray cat

SINGAPORE - The Tiong Bahru community has rallied around a grey tabby cat yet again after the stray's health took a turn for the worse. More than $3,000 has been raised on Bob's page on crowdfunding site GiveAsia, which was set up by a resident to help fund the 12-year-old feline's growing medical bills.
