SINGAPORE—Two Singapore-based traders have filed lawsuits against UBS AG for wrongful dismissal, saying the bank fired them in February for "gross misconduct" in the context of a widening probe into suspected attempts by traders to manipulate benchmark exchange and interest rates. The UBS firings are among the harshest examples to date to come to light of action against traders in a months-long probe led by the Monetary Authority of Singapore into whether traders sought to manipulate benchmark currency rates.
