Govt admits it 'does not know' who sent Delhi gang-rape victim to Singapore Simply outrageous

The RTI application sought details of the proceedings through which the decision was taken to shift the victim to Singapore, the proposal or recommendation of doctors based on which the government took the decision, expenses incurred in the Singapore hospital and the person who was chosen as donor of organs to the victim.
