How can a girl say no? Romantic proposal by Kallang River

It's definitely hard for a girl to say no to such a romantic proposal, complete with a 'marry me?' sign lit up along the Kallang River bank. STOMPer Keith , who witnessed the unique proposal last night (Jan 11), describes it as cute and romantic. He says: "I saw this cool proposal by the Kallang River beside the Singapore Indoor Stadium. "The couple was standing on the bridge when the guy proposed. "The 'marry me?' sign was stretched along the river bank. "I think the girl said 'yes'."
