From Sept 13, new owners of five breeds and their crosses will have to take them for basic obedience training by accredited trainers. The breeds include german shepherds, rottweilers, bull terriers, doberman pinschers, mastiffs and their crosses, as well as other dogs the authority considers potentially dangerous.
