The Workforce Development Agency, in collaborating with the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS) are collaborating to promote new talents in this industry. Major-General (NS) Chan Chun Sing, Acting Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports officially launched the two initiatives - a mentorship programme and more degree scholarship offerings - at the Early Childhood Care and Education fair at Marina Square on Saturday.
