The National University of Singapore announced an increase in tuition fees for courses for Academic Year 2011

The University will continue in its efforts to raise funds for financial aid to help needy students. -- ST PHOTO: MUGILAN RAJASEGERAN THE National University of Singapore (NUS) on Friday announced that the increase of tuition fees for undergraduate and graduate courses for the Academic Year (AY) 2011 are - apart from an increase - to reflect a greater differentiation in fees paid by Singapore Citizens (SC), Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) and International Students (IS). TUITION FEES FOR S'PORE CITIZENS Annual tuition fees for most undergraduate courses for SC will increase by 4%; this represents an annualised increase of 1.6% over four years. Fees for Architecture, Business, Law, Music, Nursing and Pharmacy will increase by 6%; or an annualised increase of 2.3% over four years.
