Commuters more satisfied with public transport: Study: Commuters are more satisfied with

This survey result seems highly questionable. It is going to show a bad name for SMU who took this survey. Is it drafted by students? The obvious opposite result from my little circles of friends - marginally UNSATISFIED to HIGHLY unsatisfied. These are people who took buses and MRT daily. How can your survey shows such a different view?? My questions on this report: 1. Where is the details of how this survey is conducted? Eg. what percentage of the different profile of your respondents? Do you group them into how often they take MRT or bus a week? Do you dump all the bus, MRT, taxi all into one category "public transport"? 2. From this news, I'm thinking if the questionnaire asked the wrong questions? I'm not sure if "safety and security attributes also positively affect the satisfaction of commuters" should be taken into account to service delivery here? Since Singapore ...
