Malaysian odd-job worker kills father, attacks mother for scolding him
KUALA NERANG (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - Angered after being told off by his father for scolding his three nephew and nieces, an odd-job worker slashed the elderly man with a parang, severing his right foot. The man later succumbed to his injuries. The 33-year-old man also injured his mother before throwing his father's severed foot outside the house in Kampung Pasir Puteh, Mukim Tualah and fleeing with the parang. Seman Sirun, 60, was injured in his head, arms and right leg while his wife Hasnah Abdul Majid, 58, had injuries to the back of her head.
