BOC Aviation Prices US$350 Million Notes Issue: Singapore-based aircraft leasing company BOC Aviation Pte.

Singapore-based aircraft leasing company BOC Aviation Pte. Ltd. priced US$350 million worth of 10-year, senior unsecured notes to yield 4.401% a year, it said on Thursday.The notes carry a coupon of 4.375% and the yield represents a spread of 2.70% a year over 10-year U.S. Treasury notes. The proceeds will fund capital expenditure, general corporate purposes and refinancing existing borrowings, the Bank of China Ltd. (3988.HK) unit said in a statement. The issue will close on May 2 and is a part of BOC Aviation's euro medium-term note program worth US$2 billion and established in September 2012. The issue was more than six times subscribed with an order book aggregating US$2.25 billion, it said. The issue was jointly arranged by BOC International, Citigroup, HSBC and J.P. Morgan. The notes have been rated BBB- by Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, and A- by Fitch Ratings....
