"Everyday" vs "every day" - When to use which?

‘Everyday’ vs ‘Every Day’ When to use ‘everyday’ and when to use ‘every day’. QUESTION What is the difference between the phrases ‘everyday’ and ‘every day’? When do you use it with and without the space? ANSWER The difference is that ‘everyday’ is an adjective that you use to describe things that are commonplace and usual. And ‘every day’ is a phrase that means, well, ‘every day’. So you could say that taking the bus to work is an everyday activity for you, or you could say that you take the bus to work every day.
